Purchases made on Incoco.com will be delivered via the United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS). UPS will not ship to a PO Box. Please provide a physical street address if you select UPS as your shipping method. Most orders ship within one business day. If you would like to request that an expedited shipment be processed the same day, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to accommodate you.
If the subtotal of your order is $25 USD or more, a Free USPS Standard Shipping method is available- UPS is excluded. Please select the Free Shipping option during checkout. Free Shipping is only offered within the USA & Canada- international orders do not apply.
Please note that USPS First Class and Priority Mail are non-guaranteed services. The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items do not arrive by the scheduled delivery date. You can see their FAQ's here.

Taxes & Fees
If the order is shipped to an address in New Jersey, 7% sales tax is added to the order amount. Sales tax is not collected for orders shipped to any other states.
For orders of CAD $20 or more, you may be charged fees and/or taxes by Canada Post at the time of delivery. The fees/taxes may include a handling fee of CAD $5, as well as a goods and services tax (GST), harmonized sales tax (HST), or provincial sales tax (PST) of up to 15% of your total purchase. Incoco Products, LLC is not responsible for these charges.
We promise you'll love it! At Incoco, we want our customers to have the best possible experience with our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Incoco.com purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, and we'll even pay the return shipping.*
Exchanges and returns are simple and hassle-free. Please email us at email@example.com to be issued a Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Be sure to include your order number, a list of items you would like to return, as well as the reason for the return request.
*Free return shipping labels are only available to customers who purchased from Incoco.com and returning within 30 days of purchase from locations within the United States only- international orders do not apply. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Prepaid labels expire 7 days after being issued. Promo codes are not transferable towards exchanges.
*Final Sale items cannot be returned for refund or exchange. If you experience a quality issue, please contact customer service for assistance.
Only one coupon or promotional code can be used per order. Discounts do not apply to Gift Cards.
Incoco has partnered with iGlobal Stores, www.iglobalstores.com , to provide international shipping options to consumers outside the USA and Canada.
International orders may be shipped via major carriers such as USPS/Post, UPS or DHL. In order to facilitate the order process, you will be given several shipping options based on the amount of time the order will take to arrive. Please note that all delivery times are listed in business days (Monday through Friday) so you'll want to take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method. Most shipping carriers do not ship on major holidays. Please also note that this does not include order processing time. Free shipping is not available on international orders.
Customs / Duties / Fees / Taxes
In many cases, you'll be given the opportunity to prepay your duties and taxes for your order. Doing this allows you to pay for your entire order upon checkout with a guarantee that you won't be charged any VAT, duty, taxes or other shipping or customs related fees after your order is complete. Depending on your country and your order value, your order may already be under the de minimus value (the minimum amount at which local taxes are required). In such cases, no duty or tax fees are assessed. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If you need to return a product, you can contact us regarding the return under the following circumstances:
- -The product is defective
- -You received the wrong product
- -The product was not received as ordered (i.e. color was incorrect)
- -The product arrived damaged due to shipping
The following restrictions apply to all order returns:
- -Your return will not be accepted without an RMA
- -A picture of your order with a packing slip may be required
- -An RMA must be obtained within 5 business days of receiving the product
Neither Incoco nor iGlobal Stores will be held responsible for return shipping charges for orders returned without a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA)
